Terms of service

Effective October 23, 2026

These terms cover your use of servado.si. The site is run by Servado ("we", "us"). By using the site, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use it. Questions? Send them through the demo request form and we'll reply by email.

What the site is for

This site describes Servado and lets you request a demo. Requesting a demo doesn't create a contract or commit you to buy anything. If your shop signs up, a separate customer agreement will cover the service, pricing and how your data is handled. If that agreement conflicts with these terms, the agreement wins.

Information on the site

We try to keep the site accurate, but features, plans and integrations can change. The dashboard screens, names and numbers shown on the site are example data for illustration, not real customers or results.

Using the site

Please don't misuse the site. That includes trying to break or overload it, getting around its security, scraping it in a way that harms it, or sending false, harmful or someone else's information through the form.

Our content and other brands

The Servado name, logo, text and design on this site belong to us. You may link to the site and share it, but you may not copy it to build a competing site. Housecall Pro, Jobber, QuickBooks, Xero, Facebook and Instagram are trademarks of their owners. Naming them shows what Servado works with and doesn't mean they endorse us.

No warranty

The site is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we make no warranties about it, including that it will always be available or free of errors.

Limit of liability

To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages from your use of the site, and our total liability for any claim about the site is limited to $100.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law rules.

Changes

We may update these terms. The new version takes effect when we post it here with a new date at the top.
