Privacy policy
Effective October 23, 2026
This policy explains what information Servado collects through servado.si, how we use it and the choices you have. Servado ("we", "us") runs the site. Questions? Send them through the demo request form and we'll reply by email.
What we collect
When you request a demo, we collect what you type into the form:
- Your name, company, email and phone number
- How many trucks your shop runs and which tools interest you
- Anything you add in the notes field
- The date and time you sent the request
Like most websites, our hosting provider automatically records basic technical details when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you request. We use these only to run and secure the site.
What we don't do
- We don't use advertising or analytics cookies, and we don't track you across other sites.
- We don't sell or rent your personal information, and we don't share it for advertising.
How we use it
- To contact you about your demo and answer your questions
- To understand your shop well enough to recommend the right setup
- To keep the site working and protect it from abuse
Who processes it
We use a small number of service providers to run the site. They handle your information only to provide their service to us:
- Vercel hosts the site and stores demo requests.
- Google stores demo requests in a spreadsheet we use to follow up, and serves the fonts on this site. Loading fonts sends your IP address to Google.
We may also share information if the law requires it, or as part of a merger or sale of the business, in which case this policy would continue to apply to it.
If you become a customer
When a shop connects its CRM or accounting software to Servado, how we handle that business data is set out in the customer agreement. Our dashboard connections are read-only.
How long we keep it
We keep demo requests for as long as we're in touch with you about Servado, and delete them when they're no longer needed or when you ask us to.
Your choices
You can ask us to show you the information we hold about you, correct it or delete it by sending a request through the form on our home page. If you live in California or another place with privacy laws that give you these rights, we'll honor them, and we won't treat you differently for using them.
Security
Information is sent over an encrypted connection and stored with providers that protect it with access controls. No system is perfectly secure, so please don't send sensitive information like passwords or payment details through the form.
Children
Servado is a tool for businesses. It isn't meant for children, and we don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll post the new version here and update the date at the top.
